Bruny Island Cheese Co was founded in 2003 by Nick Haddow, the cheese is made and matured using traditional techniques, their range of cheeses changes seasonally and are highly regarded as being some of the finest artisan cheeses made in Australia.
They also brew beer – the Bruny Island Beer Co where you will find non-traditional beers that match beautifully with their cheeses.
Bruny Island Cheese Co and Beer Co is open 7 days. 10am – 4pm, for the Café it is open from 10am – 3:30pm where you can sit under beautiful eucalyptus trees while enjoying a cheese platter and beers (or coffee and cake if that is more your style) you can also pick up some house made woodfire sourdough and range of relishes and preserves to enjoy with your cheese.
